These terms apply to your use of the Elegant Catering Management mobile app (the “app”), operated by Elegant Catering Management (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the app you agree to them. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
1. About the app
The app is an internal operations app for a catering and event-staffing company. Staff and administrators use it to manage events, assign crew to counters, record attendance by QR check-in and check-out, and calculate earnings, travel allowance, fines and advance payments.
2. Accounts
- You must give accurate information when you register, including your identity details.
- Accounts are approved by administrators after verification.
- Keep your sign-in details and personal QR code private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- The app is for people aged 18 or over.
3. Acceptable use
- Use the app only for your work with us.
- Check in and out only at the venue and only for yourself. Do not give false attendance or location information.
- Do not misuse, copy, interfere with or try to gain unauthorised access to the app or other users’ data.
4. Attendance and payments
Earnings, travel allowance, fines, penalties and advance payments shown in the app are calculated from the attendance and event records the app holds. If you think a record is wrong, contact us so that we can correct it.
5. Privacy and location
The app collects precise location at check-in and check-out to confirm presence at the venue, and does not track your location in the background. Please read the Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Suspension and deletion
We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms. You can delete your account at any time; see Delete your account.
7. Availability
We try to keep the app available and accurate, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.
